Our Ward is a key area in Chesterfield. It includes established and new residential neighborhoods, Chesterfield Central Park, Chesterfield Valley, Historical Chesterfield and a big part of our evolving urban core.

With new development on our horizon, Merrell will continue listening and advocating for our Ward, whether its attending public hearings, seeking feedback or updating residents about changes that could impact them.

During my next term, our community will continue to evolve. You will see the expansion of sports in Chesterfield Valley, changes in The District to accommodate openings of new local businesses, and our downtown will begin to take shape.

Expect our existing neighborhoods to remain the key focus for city services.

I will continue to hold individual resident and bi-annual Ward 4 Trustee meetings, answering questions and working to resolve community and neighborhood issues.

No doubt we will face challenges, but I will stay focused on your priorities.

Together we will ensure that Chesterfield retains its impressive place among the nation’s top model communities.
