Preserve our Neighborhoods
New Developments:
As Chair of Chesterfield’s Planning and Public Works Committee, I reviewed new developments to ensure they were designed and built consistent with adjacent neighborhoods. I continued to work for the preservation of open space.
Established neighborhoods:
I meet regularly with individuals and Trustees regarding neighborhood problems. I attend HOA meetings to answer questions and help with issues. I worked to resolve problems with cell towers, guard rails blocking safe line-of-sight, poorly functioning water retention ponds, worn roads, speeding drivers, crosswalks, golf carts, sidewalks, landscape maintenance and general nuisances. When the “issue” was managed by St. Louis County or Missouri State government, I worked to connect that part of our government with residents and Trustees.
